Gitano, the restaurant and bar from Tulum, Mexico, with additional locations in Miami and Dubai (upcoming), operates a seasonal summer pop-up on Governors Island in NYC. Dhruv Duggal, working with Tungsten Partners, introduced Gitano to the Trust for Governors Island to secure Gitano’s new location and assisted Gitano with structuring its lease, and also worked as an analyst for a number of other potential real estate transactions in multiple cities.

A Space, a partnership between Dhruv Duggal and curator Pietro Cattai, provides bespoke, full-service consultancy for galleries to create off-site exhibitions in London, including real estate sourcing and location strategy. A Space was engaged by Povos, a contemporary art gallery in Chicago, to produce an exhibition coinciding with Frieze London 2025, which featured the work of artist and filmmaker Leopoldo Gout, developed in partnership with curatorial duo Oscar Sunderland and Chloe Stewart (Oscar Chloe Directory).

The Mansion is a new-build residential apartment building in Marylebone, London developed by Clivedale. While working at Clivedale, Dhruv Duggal oversaw the production and creative direction of the show apartment at The Mansion, including providing design direction to interior architects Arney Fender Katsalidis, commissioning bespoke pieces of furniture, coordinating teams of contractors and consultants, and procurement. The show apartment was featured in the Financial Times and Tatler, among other publications.
